About the role

Analog Devices’ Joint Development Team is seeking a Senior Designer, Layout to lead the creation of section‑level IC layouts for advanced mixed‑signal products. The role works closely with schematic designers and block layout resources, ensuring schedules, design quality, and project requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop multi‑hierarchical, section‑level layouts for analog, digital, and mixed‑signal circuits.
• Collaborate with schematic designers and block layout engineers to integrate designs.
• Allocate tasks, set schedules, and provide direction to layout resources across projects.
• Mentor new hires and interns, fostering a supportive team environment.
• Participate in additional layout development initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in section‑level (multi‑hierarchical) IC layout.
• Strong understanding of layout‑driven design principles.
• Proven ability to meet design schedules and quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
