About the role
Intrepid Asia is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between the company, its e‑commerce clients, and the platforms on which they sell. You will be responsible for driving online sales growth, ensuring service level agreements are met, and strengthening long‑term client relationships across Southeast Asia.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and nurture the Intrepid‑client relationship, identifying growth opportunities and process improvements.
- Oversee content management and optimization for client brands.
- Design, execute, and monitor campaign strategies.
- Represent the brand in chat support and ensure high‑quality customer interactions.
- Implement operational capacity and process enhancements.
- Track progressive revenue trends and overall online sales performance.
- Develop sales growth proposals, prepare client reports, and communicate client agendas internally.
- Maintain positive client NPS scores and address client needs promptly.
- Lead and mentor junior team members.
Required profile
- Fluent in English.
- Proven experience in e‑commerce, preferably from a brand or platform background.
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals and online sales dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Leadership experience managing junior staff.
