Senior Google Workspace Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Google Workspace Administrator to join GECO Asia in Pasay City. The role is hybrid and operates on a graveyard shift, focusing on maintaining and optimizing our enterprise‑level Google Workspace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incident tickets: recover deleted files, transfer ownership, resolve Drive permission conflicts, and support data recovery via Google Vault.
• Handle service requests: provision and de‑provision accounts, manage license true‑ups, execute user off‑boarding, archiving, and decommissioning.
• Execute change management: enable/disable Workspace features (e.g., Gemini, Google Vids), install third‑party migration tools, and perform pre‑ and post‑change validation.
• Maintain configuration at tenant, OU, and group levels, including license allocation, group memberships, and feature governance.
• Provide support for ancillary collaboration services such as mobile device management, fax solutions, and distribution‑list tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years managing enterprise Google Workspace environments.
• At least 2 years hands‑on with platform‑wide configuration changes, application deployments, and feature governance.
• Proven ability to document work through ticketing systems and provide evidence‑backed resolutions.
