Program Delivery Manager – Digital & Technology

About the role

Cebu Pacific’s Digital & Technology Office is seeking a Program Delivery Manager to lead the execution of internal business system initiatives. You will act as the primary liaison between business units and the technology team, ensuring projects align with strategic goals and deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, gathering requirements and communicating project status.
• Coordinate cross‑departmental teams and external vendors to integrate third‑party systems with core platforms.
• Manage supplier contracts, negotiate terms, and monitor budgets to stay within allocated spending.
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office to prioritize, rank, and maintain the business project pipeline.
• Facilitate change management, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business partnership and delivery management within a digital or technology environment.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into system solutions and drive disciplined execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience overseeing vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
