Senior Engineer, Roads

About the role

Aurecon is seeking a Senior Engineer to join its Roads team in Manila. You will work on a variety of infrastructure projects—from rural access roads to complex freeways and toll road interchanges—helping to shape sustainable, connected transport networks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed road and civil design models and produce construction drawings using geometric design software such as OpenRoads Designer or 12d.
• Interpret design standards, translate engineering inputs into 3D models, and generate plan‑production outputs.
• Collaborate with engineers and drafters to ensure design accuracy, constructability, and seamless integration of all elements.
• Support digital design workflows, participate in design reviews, and apply Aurecon’s quality‑assurance protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply Austroads guidelines and TfNSW Supplements to produce designs from concept through construction stages.

Required profile

• Passion for innovative engineering and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Advanced knowledge or expertise in OpenRoads Designer or 12d.
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience as a road designer using these tools.
• Experience in road, highway, interchange, and intersection design.
