Senior Brand Manager

About the role

Zesto Corporation is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead the creation, execution, and optimisation of brand strategies that strengthen market presence and drive sustainable growth. This full‑time, on‑site position in Caloocan City will oversee brand planning, campaign development and product positioning across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee brand planning, campaign creation and product positioning across digital, in‑store and traditional media.
• Analyse market and consumer insights to inform brand decisions.
• Manage product lifecycles and track brand performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, R&D and other cross‑functional teams.
• Manage agency relationships and guide the production of advertising and promotional materials.
• Control brand budgets, forecast spend and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven brand management and marketing strategy experience, especially in brand positioning, portfolio and campaign development.
• Strong proficiency in market research, consumer insights and data analysis.
• Demonstrated project‑management ability with on‑time delivery of multiple initiatives.
• Experience working with creative, media and research agencies and coordinating internal teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of producing clear briefs, presentations and brand guidelines.
• Commercial acumen with budget management, forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Leadership experience, including mentoring team members and influencing stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Prior FMCG or consumer‑goods brand management experience, preferably in beverages or food.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Caloocan City with high adaptability and ethical conduct.
