Digital Marketing Manager – App Growth & Funnel Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to own the end‑to‑end growth ecosystem for our mobile app. You will design, execute, and optimise full‑funnel strategies that move users from awareness through acquisition, activation, retention, and long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise full‑funnel customer journeys across ads, landing pages, onboarding, and retention flows.
• Manage paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, scaling app installs and lead generation.
• Design, launch, and monitor app install, activation, and re‑engagement campaigns.
• Build automated email and SMS sequences, lifecycle campaigns, and remarketing workflows using CRM platforms.
• Track performance with GA4, Meta Business Manager, and attribution tools; create dashboards and regular reports.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM, and ROAS.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing.
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end funnels for apps or SaaS products.
• Hands‑on experience with paid media, analytics, automation, and conversion optimisation in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
