Senior Architect (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architect to join our Philippines team, working from a hybrid office/home setup in Makati and Quezon City. You will lead architectural projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and deliver high‑quality designs for a variety of building types.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects, monitoring time and cost budgets and supervising support staff.
• Prepare conceptual sketches, plans, BIM models and presentation images based on project briefs.
• Produce detailed construction drawings using advanced design, drafting and modelling techniques.
• Participate in design discussions, allocate tasks within a small team and ensure cross‑disciplinary coordination.
• Allocate architectural resources, assist with production of concepts, drawings, plans and BIM models for diverse projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and local building codes.
• Ability to coordinate with other disciplines (e.g., FF&E) and deliver accurate drawings and calculations.
• Filipino citizenship or legal right to work in the Philippines.
