Senior 360 Recruiter – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a senior 360‑degree recruiter to join Talent Right’s team and support hiring across Australia and New Zealand. The role is fully remote from the Philippines and requires managing multiple vacancies, sourcing high‑quality talent and delivering end‑to‑end recruitment outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for up to 10 live roles simultaneously, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Seek, databases and outbound search methods.
• Engage candidates via phone and video, conduct interviews and assess fit with high emotional intelligence.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting and process compliance in line with Talent Right standards.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients in Australia/NZ to understand requirements and provide market insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a senior 360‑degree recruiter in competitive markets.
• Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong phone‑based engagement and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised, process‑driven and able to work independently under pressure.
• Available to work 9:00 am–5:00 pm Sydney time, Monday‑Friday, with a reliable internet connection and a professional home office.
