SAP Consulting Manager

About the role

CGI is seeking an experienced SAP Consulting Manager to lead end‑to‑end SAP engagements. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to design, sell and deliver SAP solutions that drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Support SAP bids and proposals by providing solutioning, estimation and pricing inputs.
• Design and recommend SAP ECC, S/4HANA and SAP BTP solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Lead project delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget and quality while ensuring governance and risk management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and internal stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Contribute to practice development by mentoring team members and staying current with SAP innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP experience, including solutioning and delivery.
• Proven experience in pre‑sales, proposal development and client‑facing consulting.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
• Industry exposure (manufacturing, utilities, public sector) is a plus.
