Samples Warehouse Assistant

About the role

Join Allegro’s global sample distribution team as a Samples Warehouse Assistant. You will ensure semiconductor samples are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to customers and engineering teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process scheduled orders from the Test Planning team with precise pick‑slip handling.
• Partner with the Sample Warehouse Specialist to manage stock movements, including lot withdrawals and splits between PFG and PSM stock.
• Execute sub‑inventory transfers and ship‑confirm transactions in Oracle, keeping digital records of physical assets.
• Withdraw and pack sample orders from PSM stock, following specific pick‑slip requirements.
• Generate and submit shipping documentation such as packing lists, pro‑forma invoices, Philippine Customs invoices, and ROHS documents to the Import/Export team.
• Support engineering by splitting parts for evaluation and performing system terminations in Oracle.
• Monitor warehouse supply levels and coordinate replenishment requests with department coordinators.
• Act as the primary contact for the AMPI Test Planning team on shipment issues and uphold 5S standards in the warehouse and packing areas.

Required profile

• At least two years of college education.
• Minimum three years of experience in warehouse operations and international shipping.
• High accountability, discipline, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong coordination and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
