Operations Intern – Logistics & Process Improvement

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Intern to support our Cabuyao site in improving logistics and production processes. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to update packaging standards, analyse workflow efficiency, and help maintain a 5S workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Update and document packaging guidelines specific to the Cabuyao site, ensuring alignment with company policies and customer requirements.
• Conduct time‑in‑motion studies, collect and interpret data, and propose productivity benchmarks and process optimisations.
• Assist in the implementation and auditing of the 5S programme (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain) and promote team engagement.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with 5S principles or time‑in‑motion studies is a plus.
