About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Specialist to drive the growth of our SMF poultry product line. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, expanding market coverage and achieving sales targets across the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts to meet volume, revenue and profitability objectives.
- Promote and sell SMF poultry products, identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence.
- Conduct regular visits to customers and the market to gather insights and strengthen relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, finance and marketing to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related discipline.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the poultry or broader agricultural sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the designated area and meet performance targets.
