About the role
TransUnion is seeking an Account Manager II to lead sales discussions, manage client relationships, and promote end‑to‑end solutions within the Financial Services vertical. This hybrid role combines virtual work with regular on‑site collaboration at a TransUnion office.
Key responsibilities
- Identify client pain points, uncover opportunities, answer questions, resolve problems, and pitch comprehensive TransUnion solutions.
- Leverage and optimize Salesforce as the primary CRM tool while maintaining disciplined sales processes across accounts.
- Collaborate with internal innovation, solution partners, and functional teams to present TransUnion products and services.
- Negotiate using TransUnion pricing tools and financial acumen to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Lead complex conversations and negotiations to secure favorable results for both clients and TransUnion.
- Stay informed on industry trends and data/analytics developments.
- Contribute ideas for new processes, resources, and technologies to enhance client solutions and expand analytic consulting capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy requirements during modeling and analysis projects.
- Represent TransUnion as a solutions partner, evolving relationships beyond a vendor role.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in sales, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to use pricing tools effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and external partners.
