Safety Trainer

About the role

The Safety Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering and continuously improving safety training programs for riders. The role combines classroom instruction, on‑road coaching and risk assessment to promote safe riding practices and compliance with traffic regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training curricula covering defensive riding, traffic laws and emergency procedures.
• Conduct both classroom and on‑road training sessions using presentations, videos and hands‑on exercises.
• Perform regular safety assessments to identify hazards and monitor rider behavior.
• Provide feedback, coaching and corrective actions to address safety concerns.
• Stay current with local traffic regulations and ensure all training complies with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with traffic authorities and external partners to enhance road safety initiatives.
• Adhere to company policies, achieve assigned targets and participate in ongoing professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in safety training, accident investigation or a similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail, patience, empathy and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
