Robot Operator – Remote Control & VR Systems

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Robot Operators to remotely pilot advanced robotics systems from our Alabang facility. The role combines real‑time control using VR headsets, gaming controllers and specialized software to ensure precise and safe operation of autonomous machines.

Key responsibilities

• Operate remote‑controlled robotics platforms accurately, maintaining smooth performance.
• Use VR technology, dedicated software interfaces and gaming controllers for navigation and task execution.
• Maintain situational awareness while managing live operational systems.
• Adapt quickly to new platforms, control schemes and technology upgrades.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Troubleshoot initial issues and promptly escalate complex problems.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to improve procedures and system performance.
• Observe strict security and compliance measures to protect data.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance and functional testing during downtime.
• Document operational activities, errors and incidents for accurate record‑keeping.
• Participate in training sessions and share knowledge with fellow operators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of college education; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong background in gaming (FPS, strategy, flight simulation or racing); esports experience is a plus.
• Ability to work 100 % onsite in Alabang on a rotating shift schedule.
• Basic English communication skills; role is non‑voice.
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination, rapid decision‑making and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with advanced technology such as VR systems and drone control.
