About the role
We are looking for a German‑speaking remote receptionist to support our hotel group in the Bodensee region. The position covers the early shift and is performed from Vietnam (or the Philippines) during the specified hours.
Key responsibilities
- Answer guest phone calls in German
- Process reservations and manage booking inquiries
- Respond to guest e‑mails promptly
- Operate our Hotel Property Management System (PMS) after training
Required profile
- Fluent German (C1+ level)
- Friendly and professional telephone voice
- Reliable internet connection
- Own business entity or willingness to register a business in Vietnam
- Availability from 11:00 – 19:00 Vietnam time (06:00 – 14:00 Germany time)
