About the role
Persona is seeking enthusiastic Remote Virtual Assistants to support fast‑growing technology startups. You will work from anywhere, collaborating with client teams to keep their daily operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and manage business emails and other communications.
- Schedule and coordinate video conferences, meetings, and events across U.S. time zones.
- Interact with clients and customers on behalf of the company.
- Conduct online research, collect data, and maintain spreadsheets.
- Prepare reports, perform basic analysis, and present findings.
- Assist with creative tasks such as writing content and handling media assets.
- Perform various administrative duties and support ad‑hoc projects.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to work full‑time during U.S. business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern).
- Commitment to a long‑term remote role.
- Demonstrated track record of success in school or previous work.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to work independently.
