Remote Project Manager – Dayshift, Weekends Off, HMO

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to lead our fast‑paced wireless design and site‑survey projects. The role is fully remote, operating on a dayshift schedule (6 AM – 3 PM PHT) with weekends off.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Kantata scheduling tool daily, allocating engineering resources across 15–20 active jobs.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and scope, adjusting bookings to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Review and update project plans, budgets, and forecasts weekly, handling time‑recording and billing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for engineers and stakeholders, facilitating communication and conflict resolution.
• Verify deliverables for completeness and assist in preparing WHS and quality documentation such as SWMS.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Operations Manager in a high‑volume environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting schedules.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, comfortable working with overseas teams.
