Remote Digital Marketing Specialist – Lead Generation & SEO

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to generate high‑quality inbound leads for a service‑based business that offers water‑damage restoration, pressure washing, window cleaning and specialized cleanup services. The position is fully remote and requires a proactive, execution‑focused professional who can deliver measurable results across paid advertising, SEO and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise lead‑generation campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and organic SEO.
• Develop and maintain landing pages, conversion funnels and tracking set‑ups using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Create ad copy, website content and social media posts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Allocate budgets, test audiences and creatives, and provide performance insights to maximise ROI.
• Manage CRM, set up email and SMS follow‑up sequences, and ensure timely lead nurturing.
• Maintain and update website content, improve local SEO rankings and support after‑hours emergency call handling when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in a remote environment.
