Remote Marketing Manager

About the role

Persona is a talent agency that connects remote professionals with fast‑growing technology startups. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will own multi‑channel campaigns that drive real business results while working fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute campaigns across email, social media, SEO, paid ads, webinars and events.
• Manage day‑to‑day marketing operations and coordinate tasks with internal teams, freelancers and vendors.
• Build, test and optimise campaigns to generate qualified leads and support sales goals.
• Create and maintain marketing collateral, social content, email copy and creative briefs.
• Track performance, report insights and recommend improvements.
• Support webinar production, event promotion and other demand‑generation initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, sales and leadership to ensure brand and messaging alignment.
• Maintain and update web or landing pages using CMS tools such as WordPress or HubSpot.
• Contribute to graphic creation and campaign visuals using Canva or similar tools.
