Regional Technician

About the role

The Regional Technician is responsible for repairing customer e‑bike units and managing dealer stock repairs across the region. You will ensure timely completion of service tasks, generate accurate service reports, and coordinate the return of defective warranty parts.

Key responsibilities

• Execute repairs on customer units and dealer stock items.
• Monitor repair progress and ensure completion within agreed timelines.
• Prepare and submit service reports for each assigned case.
• Coordinate retrieval and replacement of defective warranty parts.
• Perform battery maintenance and charging checks.
• Carry out basic assembly and disassembly of e‑bike units.
• Apply basic troubleshooting techniques to diagnose issues.

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a technical or repair role (e‑bike experience is a plus).
• Willingness to work in the field and travel as needed.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet service deadlines.
• Own a motorcycle or have easy access to one (advantageous).
• Valid driver’s license.
