Ramp Equipment Operator – Masbate Airport

About the role

We are looking for a Ramp Equipment Operator to join our ground handling team at Masbate Airport. In this hands‑on position you will operate a range of ground support equipment to ensure safe and timely aircraft turn‑arounds.

Key responsibilities

• Position ground equipment at the aircraft parking zone at least 15 minutes before arrival.
• Transport baggage and cargo dollies between aircraft, warehouse and build‑up areas.
• Operate tow tractors, forklifts, belt loaders and air stairs.
• Conduct 360‑degree safety checks and brake tests before and after equipment use.
• Load and unload baggage/cargo within carrier‑prescribed time limits.
• Handle special cargo such as live animals, dangerous goods and heavy items.
• Install stanchions and divider nets, marshal equipment and communicate via headset.
• Clean, secure and return equipment to its designated parking area after use.

Required profile

• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid Professional Driver’s License (Codes 1, 2, 3) with at least one year of driving experience.
• Safety‑oriented, reliable and a team player.
