Ramp Equipment Operator – Aircraft Turnaround

About the role

The Ramp Equipment Operator will support aircraft turn‑around activities at Ozamis Airport. You will operate ground support equipment (GSE), handle baggage, cargo and catering loads, and ensure safe and timely movements on the ramp.

Key responsibilities

• Position equipment in the aircraft parking zone at least 15 minutes before arrival.
• Tow cargo and baggage carts, dollies and ULDs between the warehouse, build‑up area and aircraft.
• Perform 360‑degree safety and serviceability checks on all equipment before use.
• Connect and operate GSE safely, including brake checks and proper parking after use.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo according to carrier timelines and loading instructions.
• Install stanchions, divider nets and secure special loads (dangerous goods, heavy cargo, etc.) following labeling requirements.
• Handle flight‑related equipment such as cones, chocks, air stairs, tail stands, trolleys and umbrellas.

Required profile

• High school or senior high graduate.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast‑paced ramp environment.
• Holder of an LTO Professional Driver’s License (restriction codes 1, 2, 3).
• At least 1 year of driving experience, preferably with forklift and man‑lift operation.
