Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will support DHL Supply Chain’s commitment to delivering high‑quality logistics services. You will be responsible for maintaining the site’s quality management system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and acting as the primary quality liaison for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the site quality management system and drive quality initiatives.
• Provide advice on regulatory and quality issues and support related matters.
• Conduct self‑inspection audits of processes.
• Consult on quality and regulatory topics.
• Lead customer audits on Quality Management Systems and related subjects.
• Serve as the main customer contact for quality‑related issues.
• Act as Quality Representative to support functional and site quality management.
• Handle ad‑hoc requests and project work as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business.
• At least 1 year of experience in quality management, preferably within a multinational corporation.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in the quality field with strong operations and team‑management background.
• Exposure to regulatory audits.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Resilient, “can‑do” attitude.
