Property Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

Evernest is seeking a proactive Property Maintenance Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for all maintenance activities across its markets. This remote position drives revenue, profitability, and ensures that maintenance technicians and vendors remain fully engaged with work.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central liaison for maintenance technicians and external vendors.
• Track, project, and report on market maintenance revenue and profit.
• Process internal and external bills related to maintenance services.
• Collaborate with the Operations Team to solve problems using data and factual information.
• Delegate tasks effectively and support technicians in planning their daily and weekly workloads.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records and ensure compliance with company standards.
