About the role

As a Project Staff – Field Test Engineer you will ensure that electrical assets are accurately captured, encoded and verified on‑site, supporting the creation of a digital twin for Davao Light’s network. You will work closely with partners and internal stakeholders to deliver real‑time, reliable asset data that underpins operational decisions and community impact.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and encode electrical assets on‑site during field tests.
• Audit partner‑provided data to confirm its truthfulness and accuracy.
• Leverage collected data to establish operational guardrails and real‑time asset records.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data collection with digital‑twin objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Registered Electrical Engineer status.
• Professional driver’s license.
• Experience with practical applications of electric network distribution.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to understand and contribute to digital‑twin concepts.
