About the role
The Project Manager will lead strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency across the organization. You will work closely with business owners, process teams, and senior leadership to diagnose performance gaps and deliver data‑driven recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse root causes of performance issues and collaborate with business and process owners to develop solutions.
- Generate actionable insights using data analytics and technology, and present clear recommendations to senior management.
- Conduct qualitative discovery activities such as interviews, focus groups, observations, and process mapping to inform improvement plans.
- Own and drive governance meetings, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals.
- Support strategic planning and execution, maintaining measurement, tracking, and reporting against the Balanced Scorecard.
- Provide ad‑hoc support to the Executive Leadership Team as needed.
Required profile
- Knowledge of budget preparation, technical management, problem solving, and quality management.
- Experience coordinating planning, governance, and strategy processes.
- Strong understanding of internal control activities and practices.
- Leadership, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functional levels and adapt to shifting schedules.
