Project Manager – Davao

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in Davao. The role involves overseeing projects from site inspection through to hand‑over, ensuring they meet schedule, budget and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal departments and external partners (clients, designers, contractors, mall administration) throughout pre‑construction, construction and post‑construction phases.
• Set project deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress and prepare status reports for senior management.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor installations, compile punch‑lists and ensure timely rectifications.
• Manage bidding processes, evaluate quotations, negotiate costs with suppliers and vendors.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients and vendors, providing updates, resolving issues and ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Prepare and deliver project documentation including design, production, installation, completion and close‑out reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction or engineering projects, preferably in the Philippines.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, designers, contractors and internal teams.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
