Project Manager (Asana Expert) – Agile, Waterfall & Lean Six Sigma

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to own our Asana task‑management system, ensure workflow integrity, and keep cross‑departmental teams accountable. This remote position supports company‑wide operations, allowing leadership to focus on strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Asana project structures, templates, rules, and automations.
• Monitor daily task progress, audit overdue items, and enforce deadline compliance.
• Coordinate deliverables across marketing, creative, ads, brand, and leadership teams.
• Produce dashboards and status reports for leadership visibility.
• Create and update SOPs and process documentation.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on project‑management experience.
• Detail‑oriented, process‑driven and comfortable working exclusively in Asana.
• Ability to work remotely within the 8 am‑4 pm PST window.
• Experience with eCommerce or Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
