Project Manager – Enterprise Technology Programs

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise technology programs, primarily for regulated financial services and payments projects. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, the LFS program team, and a Tech Lead based in Melbourne to ensure successful, fixed‑price delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute delivery cycles, including incubation weeks, sprint delivery, and post‑handover (JSIT) activities.
• Run iteration‑level governance: planning, showcase, retrospective, risk review, and dependency tracking.
• Produce weekly status and KPI reports aligned with the LFS KPI Framework.
• Manage the RAID (risk, issue, assumption, dependency) log and drive early escalation of blockers.
• Coordinate device provisioning, access setup, and security onboarding for the squad.
• Partner with the Tech Lead on capacity, change control, and scope management.
• Own commercial cadence: iteration acceptance, invoicing, and change‑request handling under a fixed‑price model.
• Support defect triage, warranty defect planning, and cross‑squad integration touchpoints.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project or delivery management experience on enterprise technology programs.
• 3+ years managing regulated financial services or payments delivery.
• Proven success delivering under fixed‑price, fixed‑scope contracts with formal KPI gating.
• Hands‑on experience with agile iteration patterns beyond basic Scrum.
• Strong stakeholder management at senior program level.
• Excellent RAID, KPI reporting, and dependency management discipline.
