Project Engineer – Restaurant Fit‑Outs

About the role

We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead restaurant opening, renovation, and expansion projects. You will own end‑to‑end project management, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of fit‑out works.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor, and inspect project sites.
• Prepare feasibility studies, gather data, and liaise with internal and external parties.
• Conduct site visits and ocular inspections of new and existing stores.
• Review designs, provide inputs, and develop final design plans with BOQ.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, civil, structural, and architectural contractors.
• Manage bidding, contractor accreditation, and approval processes.
• Generate progress reports and update stakeholders regularly.
• Create punch lists, process requisitions, and submit work completion reports.
• Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with environmental and local government regulations.

Required profile

• Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–7 years experience in fit‑out project management (contractor side); restaurant fit‑out experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of MEPFS plans.
• Project Management certification is advantageous.
• Proficient with CAD and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel for site visits; a valid driver’s license is a plus.
• Immediate availability to start at our corporate office in ARCA South, Taguig City.
