About the role
The Project Coordinator will support pricing, quotation, and contract activities across multiple product lines. Working closely with Portfolio Managers, Regional Product Managers, and Project Managers, the role ensures accurate data entry, timely reporting, and smooth bid processes.
Key responsibilities
- Load pricing data into the GDPT system and maintain up‑to‑date records.
- Produce quotations based on Portfolio Manager requests and upload associated pricing files.
- Run monthly and quarterly usage reports to meet contract obligations.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to process fee payments and prioritize tasks.
- Assist Regional Product Managers with contract requests and decision‑path analysis.
- Update government agency bid portals and support roadway and renewal bids.
- Maintain SharePoint and Salesforce files with relevant notes and documents.
Required profile
- Experience with CRM systems and contract or export analysis.
- Strong oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to follow defined procedures under general guidance.
- Willingness to work USAC night‑shift hours, five days a week.
