Area Manager – Multi‑Site Client Services (Cebu)

About the role

The Area Manager will lead a cluster of Client Services Managers across multiple sites in Cebu, ensuring consistent service delivery, occupancy performance and revenue growth for coworking, virtual office and community‑engagement offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and performance governance to Client Services Managers.
• Develop and execute regional strategies for occupancy, retention and ancillary revenue.
• Oversee occupancy plans, coworking, virtual office and event revenue streams.
• Act as escalation point for client issues and drive renewal, expansion and retention initiatives.
• Guide upselling, cross‑selling and commercial support activities.
• Ensure facilities and service standards are met across all sites.
• Track, analyse and report on occupancy, retention, revenue and client satisfaction metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising managers in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Track record of driving performance, occupancy and revenue growth.
• Familiarity with coworking, virtual office or similar service models.
