Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our food manufacturing team in Calamba City. The role involves operating key production equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting efficient daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machines such as kettles, flexible filling systems (FFS), and blending machines.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout the production process.
• Assist in keeping the production area clean, organized, and safe.
• Support shift schedules and work collaboratively with team members.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to shift work.
• Team‑player attitude and flexibility.
