Production Manager

About the role

The Production Manager will lead the overall production activities for our warehouse and food manufacturing operations in Calamba City. This role ensures safe, high‑quality output while meeting customer demand and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop overall strategies, objectives, and direction for the production section.
• Oversee and manage the complete production of all warehouse requirements, orders, and forecasts.
• Ensure production of safe and quality products that meet customer requirements and standards.
• Maintain cost‑effective manufacturing with no rework, returns, or rejections.
• Recommend and implement special projects such as mechanization or automation to improve capacity, capability, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Quality and Food Safety Management Systems (QMS, FSSC, GMP, HALAL).
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and statutory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of experience in production management, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and analytical abilities.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing best practices.
