Product Trainer – Onsite at SM City Sta Rosa

About the role

We are looking for a Product Trainer to deliver engaging training sessions for both existing and newly hired employees at our SM City Sta Rosa location. The role focuses on preparing staff for their essential duties while fostering a supportive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs that promote knowledge transfer and skill application.
• Use questioning, presentation, and facilitation techniques to enhance retention.
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Create a trustworthy learning atmosphere that encourages growth.
• Plan instructional methods and select appropriate materials for various learning modes.
• Assess learner progress using suitable evaluation tools.
• Mentor apprentice instructors and train newly assigned trainers.
• Coordinate training activities with operations, quality, and HR teams.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar training role within a BPO environment.
• Willingness to work onsite at SM City Sta Rosa and on a night schedule.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, time‑critical setting.
• Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC applications, especially Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Tableau or similar data‑visualisation tools.
