Technical Training Officer – Manufacturing Plant

About the role

Human Nature is seeking a Technical Training Officer to lead the development and delivery of technical training for its manufacturing plant and warehouse in Laguna. The role focuses on building competence and excellence among employees through structured learning programs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and create tailored training solutions for plant and warehouse staff.
• Develop and continuously improve Work Instructions, SOPs, and the onboarding program.
• Deliver recurring training sessions covering GMP, GDP, GWP, and other relevant standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify annual development needs and provide appropriate interventions.
• Monitor trainee competency progress and produce development summaries.
• Assist or deliver training modules to other offices as assigned.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials accordingly.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience delivering technical training, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience communicating with all organizational levels, including senior management.
• Background in cosmetics manufacturing is an advantage.
• Proven ability to design, deliver, and maintain training materials.
• Willingness to work onsite at Carmelray 1, Canlubang, Calamba, Laguna.
