Procurement Officer – Marketing Services

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Officer to manage all marketing‑related vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and cost‑effective solutions for advertising, digital media, print production, store branding and event activation.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and onboard vendors for advertising agencies, digital marketing partners, print production, visual merchandising and event activation.
• Maintain a pool of accredited marketing suppliers and monitor their performance against quality, timeliness, cost efficiency and brand alignment.
• Lead price negotiations, draft contracts and service agreements to secure best value.
• Benchmark costs, recommend cost‑saving strategies and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and procurement policies.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams to understand campaign requirements and guarantee on‑time delivery of materials for store rollouts and promotions.
• Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts and supplier invoices, validating billing and project deliverables.
• Track marketing spend against budgets and provide reports on vendor utilization and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or Supply Chain Management.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably handling marketing services or indirect spend.
• Experience in retail, food & beverage or FMCG is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
