Procurement Analyst

About the role

The Procurement Analyst supports the efficient acquisition of goods and services for the business unit, focusing on Manila sourcing initiatives and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. The role coordinates with internal stakeholders and suppliers to maintain accurate procurement records and drive cost savings.

Key responsibilities

• Screen purchase requests, define specifications, timelines and budgets, and initiate sourcing and commercial negotiations.
• Manage supplier commitments, service delivery, and PEZA‑related transactions.
• Verify PR/PO availability, ensure order details match contracts/invoices, and resolve PO‑related issues.
• Liaise with BU owners, internal teams and suppliers to identify and resolve contract discrepancies.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of procurement processes and strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in procurement or contract management, preferably in a BPO/shared‑services environment.
• Proven ability to prepare, review and negotiate technical terms in purchase contracts and service agreements.
• Strong proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of procurement/purchasing; supply‑chain knowledge is a plus.
