Financial Consultant – Philippines (Contract)

About the role

This associate role supports Lyra Health’s delivery of employee wellbeing services in the Philippines. You will provide brief financial consultation to clients via telephone, adhering to Lyra’s clinical and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide brief financial consultation to clients through telephonic sessions.
• Manage session scheduling and maintain timely, accurate documentation.
• Coordinate periodically with Lyra’s care and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive client experience.

Required profile

• Registered Financial Planner licensed to practice in the Philippines.
• Experience providing financial consultation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and ethical practice.
• Timely completion of documentation and administrative requirements.
• Comfortable using digital tools/platforms for sessions and case management.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with a remote team.
• Fluency in English; additional local languages are an advantage.
