Power Platform Developer (Remote – Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to join a multinational technology company on a remote basis from the Philippines. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining Power Platform solutions, integrating them with existing applications and third‑party services, and ensuring they align with the company’s enterprise architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to gather requirements and propose suitable Power Platform solutions.
• Estimate costs, benefits, and effort for new features and enhancements.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using SAFe, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, product road‑maps, and backlogs.
• Provide guidance on design issues, defect resolution, and platform best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation such as RDD, SDD, SLTO, and TSMP.
• Identify improvement opportunities, perform security assessments, and ensure compliance with the security framework.
• Support post‑deployment services for at least 12 months.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing and architecting solutions on Power Platform and SharePoint.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with international teams.
