Port Operation Supervisor

About the role

The Port Operation Supervisor will lead on‑site support activities at the Manila International Container Port. This role ensures smooth inventory operations, resolves technical issues, and provides timely reports to management while supervising the site support team.

Key responsibilities

• Directly supervise site support staff and coordinate daily activities.
• Manage device inventory, address on‑site issues, and document problems.
• Perform pre‑arming tasks such as charging, initialization, and GPS connectivity testing.
• Provide on‑site assistance to BOC personnel and escalate unresolved issues.
• Prepare and deliver summary reports for completed trips, container alerts, and overall operations.
• Maintain efficient inventory processes and support any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, information technology or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in logistics or port operations.
• Strong business management and facilitation abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the Manila International Container Port.
• Philippine citizenship and residence within the country.
