Plant Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician to maintain plant facilities, refrigeration and air‑conditioning (HVAC) systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant facilities, refrigeration, and HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration equipment.
• Ensure equipment and utilities operate safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections and monitor plant performance.
• Support installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment.
• Comply with safety, GMP, and company standards during maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Graduate of a vocational or technical course in Refrigeration & Air‑Conditioning, Electrical, or Mechanical.
• TESDA NC II certificate in DOMRAC, RAC, or a related field.
• Preferably experience in plant maintenance, refrigeration, or cold‑storage facilities (open to fresh graduates with NC II).
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, and overtime if required.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration equipment.
• Proficiency in HVAC system maintenance.
• Ability to install, calibrate, and test new equipment.
