Physician Resource Planning & Talent Manager

About the role

The Physician Resource Planning & Talent Manager leads the recruitment, workforce planning and deployment of physicians across a nationwide network of clinics. Working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition and Operations, the role ensures that each site maintains continuous and adequate staffing to deliver uninterrupted patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end physician recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Manage nationwide physician workforce planning and deployment schedules.
• Oversee staffing coverage, manpower allocation and fill‑in coordination for clinic operations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Medical Leadership teams to guarantee staffing continuity and service coverage.
• Develop and improve physician staffing strategies and deployment processes.
• Monitor manpower requirements and respond promptly to operational staffing demands.

Required profile

• Licensed Physician.
• At least 4–5 years of professional work experience.
• Experience in leadership, operations, workforce planning or project management is preferred.
• Strong organizational, coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, operationally demanding environment.
