Head of Medical Training (Licensed Physician/MD) – Hybrid

About the role

The Head of Medical Training leads the company’s healthcare training facility and oversees external physician affairs. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure the delivery of high‑quality training programs and strengthen relationships with the medical community.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operations of the training facility, managing programs such as Ultrasound, 2D Echo, Phlebotomy and other competency‑based courses.
• Coordinate and oversee PRC CPD lectures and educational activities for healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with physicians, specialists, medical institutions, and training centers.
• Represent the organization at conventions, medical events, and external engagements.
• Conduct visits to medical schools, residency programs, and training institutions to support physician sourcing and talent pipeline initiatives.
• Ensure all training and external affairs activities comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Licensed Physician (MD) with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Prior leadership, training, or project‑management experience, preferably in a medical education setting.
• Strong communication, stakeholder‑management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence in representing the organization in professional and external settings.
• Availability to start immediately is preferred.
