About the role
As a People Experience and Engagement Coordinator at blueAPACHE, you will design, coordinate and deliver employee experience initiatives that drive engagement, recognition and wellbeing across the organisation. You will act as the central hub for programs, events and communications, ensuring a consistent and inclusive experience for all staff worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end employee experience initiatives, including engagement, recognition, wellbeing and lifecycle activities.
- Own and manage the annual Experience Calendar, planning, scheduling and communicating all activities.
- Deliver employee engagement programmes such as Town Halls, newsletters, Lunch & Learn sessions, recognition activities and milestone events.
- Chair and manage the Fun Committee, handling meetings, agendas, minutes, budget and feedback reporting.
- Plan and execute internal events, ensuring high‑quality content, participation and seamless delivery.
Required profile
- Previous experience in HR, employee engagement, events or coordination roles.
- Proven ability to coordinate programmes across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including internal communications and presentations.
- Confidence working with senior leaders and facilitating group sessions.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with various teams.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
