About the role
We are seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to support a growing Australian home‑care provider. This part‑time, remote position is based in the Philippines and offers flexible scheduling while requiring occasional collaboration during Australian business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to department managers, including calendar coordination and task tracking.
- Assist the HR team with documentation checks and compliance requirements.
- Update CRM and databases, and support client administration across projects.
- Utilise AI tools to streamline personal workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Support the marketing department with basic tasks such as scheduling posts and coordinating simple campaign admin.
Required profile
- Highly organised, proactive and able to anticipate needs without constant direction.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Prior remote experience in executive assistance, administration or operations with international clients.
- Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Reliable, discreet and professional when dealing with sensitive information.
Required skills
- Experience with Asana for task management.
- Proficiency in Slack for team communication.
What we offer
- Monthly compensation between $1,100 AUD and $1,400 AUD.
- Flexible 20‑hour‑per‑week schedule with the possibility of additional hours.
- Fully remote work from home.
