About the role
Standard Conversions is seeking a Partner Success Manager to drive revenue growth by nurturing relationships with both buyers and sellers of life‑insurance leads. You will act as the primary liaison, ensuring smooth transactions, quick issue resolution, and identification of new growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers to increase lead purchase volume.
- Support sellers in boosting the amount of leads they send.
- Monitor daily buyer and seller activity, reactivate inactive accounts, and address performance drops promptly.
- Identify and act on revenue‑draining issues, escalating when necessary.
- Keep HubSpot CRM up‑to‑date, track account health, and provide regular status reports.
Required profile
- Excellent English communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Self‑starter who proactively seeks opportunities without waiting for instructions.
Required skills
- HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and automation workflows.
- Proficiency in handling spreadsheets and data analysis.
