Part-time Onsite ESL Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Part‑time Onsite ESL Teacher to join our campus in Taguig. You will help international students improve their English speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities through engaging, customized lessons.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group English lessons using lectures, discussions, and practical activities.
• Adapt curriculum and teaching materials to match diverse proficiency levels and learning styles.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and suggest improvement strategies.
• Prepare daily classroom materials and maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Submit detailed progress reports to track student development throughout the program.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Communication Arts, Education, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• 1–3 years of teaching English or related language experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to work well within a team.

Required skills

• Personal laptop or tablet for instructional use.
